Computer Field Service and Repair

 

When the PC environment in your business has to be touched for installation or repair, you want it done fast and done right the first time with one phone call and minimal involvement on your part, so that you can focus on your work.

We get it.  ATC’s Support Center sends Field Service Technicians to do the hands-on work. 

  • Coordinating with hardware and software manufacturers for troubleshooting and repair
  • Coordinating with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for troubleshooting, new service and changes 
  • We call Dell, HP, cBeyond and others to expedite service -
    • So that the work will be coordinated and done right the first time
