ATC was founded by Rodney Taylor in August of 2001 just before 9/11. It was a down economy and the worst time to start a new business, but hard work pays off. ATC has been through many changes throughout the years, but a well tuned engine requires adjustments. Since 2001, we have held our own without the need for outside capital. This has allowed us to follow our goal, to provide stellar service to our customers without all of the red tape.
